This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects and provide strategic input that shapes essential services. Key Responsibilities: Build first-principles pricing for water sector projects, including facilities, civils, and pipework, with a strong focus on electrical works. Quantify from design information and collaborate with engineers to ensure precision. Validate quantities and pricing from suppliers and contractors. Source and review quotations, negotiating competitive pricing. Assess and price risk during early project stages. Structure estimates, bills of quantities, and bills of materials. Prepare clear, detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders. Deliver integrated estimating services, offering strategic and technical advice throughout the project lifecycle.
